We collect order details (name, delivery address, phone number), contact information, and communication preferences — only what is needed to process your order and keep you updated on it.

When you sign up for restock alerts or our newsletter, we store your email address to send those alerts. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

All payments are processed securely through Paystack. We never see or store your card details — those stay entirely within Paystack's encrypted systems.

When you message us on WhatsApp (054 957 5020) to discuss a custom order or get support, those conversations are private between you and CharmeUp. We do not share them with third parties.
