Shipping and returns

Delivery

Same-day delivery is available within Greater Accra for orders placed before 12 pm. Orders placed after 12 pm are dispatched the following business day.

Nationwide (outside Greater Accra) delivery usually arrives within 2–5 business days depending on your location. We will share a tracking update via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

To arrange delivery or check availability in your area, message us on WhatsApp — 054 957 5020 — or call during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9 am – 6 pm).

Returns and damaged orders

For hygiene reasons, lashes that have been worn cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery — by WhatsApp (054 957 5020) or email (charmmeupp@gmail.com). Please include a clear photo of the item and we will sort it quickly.

Unopened, unworn items in original packaging may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Custom orders

Custom lash sets are confirmed via WhatsApp before production begins. Once you have approved the design and made payment, production starts and the order cannot be cancelled.

Custom orders typically take 3–5 business days to complete before dispatch.
